Shipping
All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by Air Freight.
The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects the most standard delivery. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.
Starting July 1st 2021, the EU ended the low-value consignment relief for shipments equal to or less than €22 for goods to the EU from outside the EU based on arrival date. From July 1st, based on the order date, iHerb is registered in the Import-One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) and will collect, declare, and pay the VAT to the tax authorities for distance sales of imported goods with a value not exceeding €150.

However, please be aware, the following substances are not allowed to be imported into Slovakia: Fish oil, Melatonin, 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptofaan), 7-Keto DHEA (7-Keto Dehydroepiandrosteron), DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone), Hoodia, Acetylcysteine (N-acetyl cysteine) (greater than 200 mg), Pregnenolone (P5), SAM-e (S-adenosylmethionine), Yohimbe (Yohimbine), meat and milk products, and quantities larger than 2kg of powdered infant milk or infant food.
