Please note iHerb does not support shipment to Crimea

Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Please check with your local customs office in Ukraine to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Personal use import over 100 EUR will be subject to applicable duties and taxes and other customs fees.

iHerb will not be liable for packaged held or confiscated by customs.

Shipping

All iHerb orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by Air Freight. 

The Estimated Delivery window provided by iHerb reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.

You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.

  • Nova Poshta Global - Delivery: The order will be delivered to your address by Nova Poshta. Unclaimed parcels will be returned back to Nova Poshta International's storage warehouse in Ukraine and will be stored for 30 calendar days for self pickup.
  • For shipping / self-pickup related inquiries, regarding your order, please contact the Nova Poshta International Customer Service at 0-800-500-609

  • Nova Poshta Global - PUDO: You will receive the order at PUDO Point, chosen by you, while placing the order - by presenting a passport copy at PUDO point. Storage period in PUDO - 24 calendar days after order’s arrival to the selected PUDO point.
  • Unclaimed parcels will be returned back to Nova Poshta International's storage warehouse in Ukraine and will be stored for 30 calendar days for self pickup.

  • Meest Delivery: The order will be delivered to your address by Meest. Unclaimed parcels will be returned back to the Meest storage warehouse in Ukraine and will be stored for 60 calendar days for self pickup or redirection. For shipping / self-pickup related inquiries, regarding your order, please contact the Meest Customer Service at +38 067 432 77 07 or +38 050 432 77 07

  • Meest - PUDO & Locker: You will receive the order at PUDO & Locker Point, chosen by you, while placing the order - by presenting tracking number & verification code at PUDO & Locker. Storage period in PUDO & Locker - 10 business days after order’s arrival to the selected point. Unclaimed parcels will be returned back to the Meest storage warehouse in Ukraine and will be stored for 60 calendar days for self pickup. For shipping / self-pickup related inquiries, regarding your order, please contact the Meest Customer Service at +38 067 432 77 07 or +38 050 432 77 07

  • Ukraine Post Delivery: The order will be delivered to your address by Ukrposhta courier. In case of unsuccessful delivery, it will be forwarded to a local post office and available for self-pickup during 14 days. Unclaimed parcels will be forwarded to Ukrposhta warehouse and stored for 6 months (redirection available upon your written request, an additional fee will be charged). In case of any inquiries regarding your order please contact Ukrposhta Customer Service at +380 800 300 545 or via Facebook Messenger.
  • NOTE: Customs clearance of parcels is performed by Ukrposhta’s partner – TMM Express. After clearance parcels will be delivered by Ukrposhta local delivery service using tracking numbers 050xxxxxxxxxx. You will receive a local tracking number in SMS/Viber notification from Ukrposhta when the parcel arrives at the courier delivery depot.

  • Ukraine Post - PUDO: You will receive the order at the selected post office by presenting your passport and local tracking number (see NOTE). The storage period at the post office is 14 days. Unclaimed parcels will be forwarded to Ukrposhta warehouse and stored for 6 months (redirection available upon your written request, an additional fee will be charged). In case of any inquiries regarding your order please contact Ukrposhta Customer Service at +380 800 300 545 or via Facebook Messenger.
